That's a good idea gov. But get rid of huge unnecessary salaries, bad teachers and corruption first. Then you can invest in public schools. Fix the ones we have now.
Announce that you can't spend money you don't have and continue throwing that same money after a broken education system.

Wasn't the Maryland lottery and the gambling industry supposed to go towards the schools? Oh, that right, they lied and put it toward the general fund!!!
