I have a better question for you Joe... I just watched the Salisbury Police weekly briefing where they discussed a report of a large disorderly crowd of approximately 150 people inside and approximate 150 people outside of the Cookout on S Salisbury Blvd on September 16th around 2am. 4 people were assaulted sending 3 to the hospital with serious injuries.
This happened THREE DAYS AGO and this is the first time the public is hearing about it! Where is the media? Not a peep from the Daily Times, WMDT, WBOC, or even SBY News. How does this happen?
We need to demand that the media and City report what is going on in this City in an accurate AND timely manner. For this event, given the magnitude of people involved and the injuries, to go unspoken for three days is absurd! It is a matter of public safety and we all should be aware of what is going on around us!
Was that Chief Duncan asking the questions, I wonder?

You'll get the video once Cook Out's (Co*k Out - a local joke based on an obstructed view of their sign from up the street) lawyers give it a serious look and determine that the company didn't have any responsibility.
Yes, that's Chief Duncan's voice in the relevant questioning, unless I'm mistaken. She takes the helm at the last few seconds and asks if there are further questions to be asked by what sounded like one other person in the room.
This would have been a press conference given by the Chief, but it looks like she gave it to the lead investigator and helped him along with some obvious questions that should have been covered in the body of the statement. I hope that he learned something from it. We can hope that he'll also become more comfortable before a camera as he progresses in his career.
Practice, practice, practice.
I wonder if Chief Duncan was the only other person at that briefing. Seems funny there was no one else asking questions. Also, no other background noise like you hear at most briefings.
