Kim Jong is beginning a conversation with US,not the other way around.He keeps calling Washington (per Fox News) and asking them if Trump is really serious.Washington in turn assures him that Trump is dead serious.Now leave it up to Kim to make it appear that WE are imploring Him not to attack US.
