Bring a few of them here. They'll kick some huge store butt.

No businesses want to be here. Cheap people, lazy employees and high regulations.

When we had an Aldi store close by, I enjoyed shopping there. Have not been in one for 13 years. Stuck shopping at FL. Will not shop at Walmart.

I went to one in Ohio and it felt like an upscale Save-a-lot. Wasn't impressed. Maybe the other stores are better.

I'm not sure if there are large Aldi stores with more selection, but the new one in Easton was kind of small. They had brands I had never heard of (maybe their own) with only a few national popular brands. If you wanted to get everything in one stop, the food sections were larger, but the household and personal care aisles were very limited. I guess for more selection in that people go to Walmart, but I hate them.

I've shopped them in several states, most recently in Lancaster, PA, which is one of the larger stores, I'm told.
It's a different kind of store, for sure, with a range of basic and not-so-basic foods, and prices substantially lower than the competition. Some of the brands are not seen elsewhere and are superior to those on the shelves at the likes of Acme, Walmart and Food Lion.

Since Giant has closed I can't find 1/2 of what I want in any one store. I hate Acme.
