Location: 2300 block of N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Female Juvenile, 15, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 11 August 2017 at 9:40 PM, a deputy was working a special assignment at the Regal Cinemas located at the Centre of Salisbury when the deputy was requested by Regal Cinemas Management to assist with a disorderly patron. The deputy was advised by the staff that a 15-year-old female juvenile had been involved in a physical altercation with another patron and knocked over a sign before yelling and arguing with the management staff of the Cinema. After the juvenile refused instructions to leave the property the deputy was summonsed.
Instead of complying the juvenile became belligerent with and also assaulted the deputy. Upon arrest the juvenile continued to make racially disparaging comments towards the deputy while refusing to even identify herself. The juvenile continued to land head butts, elbow strikes and even attempted to bite the deputy as he attempted to remove this juvenile from the property and complete the arrest process.
The juvenile was released to a guardian at the Sheriff’s Office pending adjudication by the Department of Juvenile Services.

Suspect: Samuel Antonio Milbourne, 29, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2017 at 9:30 AM a deputy located and arrested Samuel Milbourne on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Milbourne failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case.
Milbourne was released on Personal Recognizance following an initial appearance in front of the District Court Commissioner.

Suspect: Milandra Constant, 29, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2017 at 12:00 PM, a deputy arrested Milandra Constant following an allegation of an assault and harassment. According to the complainant in this case, Constant has made repeated threats to harm the complainant and on one occasion actually found herself at the same location where she grabbed the complainant and pulled her from a vehicle before assaulting her. Following the assault and the repeated threats of harm, Constant was arrested and charged.
Following an initial appearance in front of a District Court Commissioner, Constant was detained without bond in the Detention Center.

Suspect: Ronald Graye Robertson, 56, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2017 at 2:53 PM, a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Ronald Robertson for an equipment violation on Jersey Road. During the stop the deputy discovered that not only was Robertson’s driving privilege both Revoked and Suspended by the State of Maryland, there was an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant for Robertson’s arrest. The warrant was issued after Robertson failed to appear back in May for a violation of probation hearing in a theft case.
Robertson was released on Personal Recognizance following an initial appearance in front of a District Court Commissioner.

Location: Dagsboro Road at Parsonsburg Road
Suspect: Gerardo Antonio Henriquez-Vasquez, 18, Parsonsburg, MD
Narrative: On 13 August 2017 at 9:34 AM a deputy responded to a reported vehicle in a ditch on Dagsboro Road. The deputy located a subject behind the wheel who caused the deputy to believe that this operator spoke only Spanish. During the course of the investigation, the deputy began to suspect the veracity of the information provided. This subject continued to imply that he had provided a true identity but could not provide any form of identification and continued to imply he did not speak English.
With the assistance of others individuals who arrived at the scene that seemed to know this subject, the deputy was able to determine this subject’s true identity of Gerardo Antonio Henriquez-Vasquez. Because of Henriquez-Vasquez’ repeated assertions of his false identity, the deputy placed him under arrest.
Post arrest, the deputy located Henriquez-Valdez’ passport and discovered that he could speak English. He told the deputy that he lied about his identity because he did not have a Driver’s License.
Henriquez-Vazquez was released by the District Court Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.

Suspect: Courtney S. Atkins, 26, Georgetown, DE
Narrative: On 13 August 2017 at 12:25 PM a deputy responded to the Carnival Grounds of the Sharptown Volunteer Fire Department for the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy met with staff of the Fire Department and learned that they had detained Courtney Atkins after discovering that she had entered one of the closed buildings on the carnival grounds and helped herself to three bags of cotton candy.
The deputy placed Atkins under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Atkins on $20,000.00 unsecured bond.
Charges: Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft

Location: 20000 block of Nanticoke Road, Nanticoke, MD
Suspect: Shawn Howard Evert, 51, No Fixed Address
Narrative: On 13 August 2017 at 2:24 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 20000 block of Nanticoke Road for the report of a violation of a Protective Order. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the resident who told the deputy that Shawn Evert had come onto her property twice that same day prior to the deputy’s arrival in violation of a Protective Order.
Evert was gone prior to the deputy’s arrival but was located a short distance away and during the ensuing investigation the deputy determined that Evert did enter onto the property in violation of the Protective Order and placed Evert under arrest.
Evert was released by the Commissioner on $1,000.00 unsecured bond.

Location: 1000 block of Beaglin Park Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Sasha Leah Sturgis, 22, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 13 August 2017 at 2:30 PM, a deputy investigated a reported domestic related altercation at a residence in the 1000 block of Beaglin Park Drive in Salisbury. The deputy met with a victim who advised the victim was struck repeatedly with a belt by the suspect Sasha Sturgis. The victim informed the deputy Sturgis followed this up with punching and scratching the victim a short while later.
The deputy observed signs of injury to the victim the corroborated the victim’s account.
Sturgis was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Sturgis in the Detention Center pending a bond review.

Suspects:
Latoya Rachell Farrare, 34, Salisbury, MD
Jarenea Janise Mitchell. 23, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 7 August 2017 at 12:00 PM a deputy arrested Latoya Farrare in connection with an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Booth Street. It was alleged that Farrare entered another subject’s apartment without permission and began assaulting the resident. According to this victim, at one point Farrare brandished a knife and threatened to “cut” her.
The deputy transported Farrare to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Farrare in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
On 13 August 2017, a second subject in this case, Jarena Mitchell was taken into custody. Mitchell also allegedly entered the victim’s apartment without permission along with Latoya Farrare and began assaulting the victim. Upon arrest, Mitchell was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Mitchell on a bond of $12,000.00.
Charges: Burglary 3rd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, Assault 2nd Degree

This entire area is beyond repair. We are moving as soon as possible. No jobs, drug dealing murderers taking over, school system is worthless, rents are too high for what you get and you cannot even get the fire dept to act civilized. Best of luck to those that stay.
