You can have all the real jobs you want but when no one wants to work, or they have 2 sick days a week it just doesn't work.
Its been a constant election of democrat mayors that led to this.
The section eighters and low income renters have no vested interest. Why should they care what things look like. They are living up to the expectations of their class; LOW. No pride except for their tats.
