Then, out of nowhere, came the violent attack Monday morning, against a woman parked at Tulip and Willow Avenues, less than a half-block away.
“It was actually one of the parents in our program that was assaulted,” she recalls. “We’re continuing to be very concerned about our safety.”
The victim, a petite mother in her 30s, had just dropped her children off at Takoma Park Childhood Development Center, where Delasanta is the director.
Police say just before eight o’clock, in the midst of commuter hour, a group of six to seven teen girls, approached the woman’s car; then seconds later, one of them assaulted her, then shocked her with a stun gun.

These are 18 year old adults except one. Why are they in juvenile custody??
Too bad the woman didn't previously convince the government thugs that she was entitled to carry a firearm for her own protection.
