This is hilarious! I've always thought he looks like Gargamel from the Smurfs!
I will give this dude credit where do. He sure gets free publicity. Everywhere you look there is the self promoter's mug grinning like a jack-ass eating briers. Doesn't make the city great though. Takes substance, knowledge, experience, etc.

I just saw the ad and taxpayer wasted money to celebrate the up coming Folk Festival.
What made me laugh and cry at the same time, is that Delusional Day actually thinks this puts us on a national level of festivals and people are going to flock here.
I love the Berlin Fiddle Festival, don't take me wrong. But this Folk Festival is nothing more than that. You may get a few people from the surrounding area to make a day trip into town to attend, but you will not get people flocking nationwide to make this a destination vacation.
This can not compete with Firefly in Delaware.
This is a flea compared to Musikfest in Bethlehem PA.
There are 19,354 "incorporated places" (cities) in the US.
Only 34 were vying for this event.
What does that tell you?
What makes me cry is the lies. Promote it for what it is. Quit embellishing.
It makes you look like a complete and utter fool.
Some of us have ventured past the county line and have attended actual music festivals.
We aren't drinking your koolaid anymore.
Are we also sending in the clowns while we're at it? Day is just a clown and his group at city hall is just a glorified clown car like they used to have at the circus. A bunch of clowns designed to make people forget and laugh their woes away. He's a court jester there to make you forget crime rate escalation, section 8 destroying our communities and no jobs to put anyone back to work in Salisbury. The choice is yours whether you will re-elect this clown or not. You might want to quit bitching about Mr. Clown Day and find yourselves a suitable person to run against him in the next election who brings to the table real solutions to Salisbury's economic problems and crime situation. Only then will you have a sliver of a prayer to right this ship that's gone way off course for far too long. The choice is really yours!

The bigger problem is: if the community doesn't change its way of thinking, it is destined to never be anything other than what it is. You can't pin this on one person. One person didn't bring us here.
Why would a citizen bother to stand up to challenge the status quo, only to have the community mock, gossip, slander and ridicule them?
This community is nothing more than a flock of sheep, waiting for the dog to solve all it's problems and protect them.

If you read it carefully, you'll see I said you should be looking for a suitable person to run against him come ELECTION TIME!
Can anyone actually claim anything he has really done since in office I would like to see the list?
