Former National Security Advisor during the Obama administration, Susan Rice, will not testify before a Senate subcommittee regarding Russian activities during the 2016 presidential election, according to Fox News.
According to a letter sent to the Senate by Rice’s lawyer, she refused to testify because the senior Democrat on the subcommittee was not involved in the invitation.
“Senator Whitehouse has informed us by letter that he did not agree to Chairman Graham’s invitation to Ambassador Rice, a significant departure from the bipartisan investigations extended to other witnesses,” Rice’s lawyer wrote in the letter first reported by CNN. “Under these circumstances, Ambassador Rice respectfully declines Senator Graham’s invitation to testify.”
However, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said Rice should reconsider her decision not to testify.
"I think she ought to consider it," Feinstein told MSNBC on Wednesday.

If she did testify she would of course lie. How do you get around that? I am a common sense person who tries to think logically but for the life of me I don't know how or who could actually hold her accountable.
Subpoena then jail if she refuses.
Well there's the problem. It was an invitation, not a subpoena! I guess all she did was RSVP.
Yet another example of ILLEGAL WIRETAPPING was done and nothing found to support the narrative. INDICTE her at once.
This obstruction of justice needs to stop! These people should be sent a subpoena and when they don't show should be charged with obstruction or contempt and locked up till they decide to appear! It just proves to the American people two standards and that Washington is a hotbed of corruption!!

They should have a big red button before them that when pushed recites the 5th Amendment plea.
