Breaking News: Murder charges have been filed against the Dallas-area police officer who fatally shot a black teenager last weekend
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department issued a warrant on Friday for the arrest of the officer, Roy Oliver, the authorities said. Mr. Oliver had not yet been taken into custody.

Race is only mentioned when the suspect is white. Sad.
Sounds like murder too me! A fleeing car=officer not in danger.
He should have shot all of the ghetto thugs in that car. They media isn't telling you the thugs fired shots first and the officers was responding to shots fired at them.
