Date of Incident: 21 March 2017
Location: 100 block of N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Franklin James Donaway, 38, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 21 March 2017 at 2:24 PM a deputy stopped a 2000 Dodge Durango after observing it operated by Frank Donaway of Salisbury. The deputy had knowledge that Donaway’s privilege to drive had been revoked by the State of Maryland and that Donaway’s Durango was both unregistered and uninsured.
The deputy learned that Donaway had just left the District Court where he had received a continuance in a pending case where he had been recently charged with Driving Revoked. It would be determined that Donaway currently has three separate pending cases where he faces charges of Driving Revoked.
A WCSO Drug K9 performed a scan of Donaway’s vehicle for the presence of the odor of illegal drugs. Following a positive alert by the K9 and a subsequent search, the deputy recovered both Methadone and Oxycodone in a plastic baggie.
The deputy placed Donaway under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Donaway in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond

I blame the MD court system and the local District Court Commissioners who keep releasing him on personal recognizance. If he hadn't had the drugs they probably would have released him again. He needs some significant jail time just for the traffic charges he continues to violate.

Yea, isn't this the "nice guy" that was charged in the past animal abuse? And has the whacky girlfriend that shoots off her gun when drunk in the Deer Harbour hood? They have a yard full of crap and is decorating the place hillbilly style.
