Perception is reality. As a gay man myself I'm offended by the couple on the right.
No one is offended by gays. It's the actions of the ones who want to snow off and make a name for themselves that offends people. Like the gross disgusting ones that intentionally seek out Christian businesses and then make a scene because the business won't participate in their marriage. That is what offends people.

Yes. When people say they're tired of the agenda being shoved down their throats they mean the constant "look at me I'm gay!" And "celebrate me!"
Most of us work with, are friends with, and associate with gay people. And never give it any thought. Just like I don't spend any time thinking about who my heterosexual coworkers, friends and associates sleep with. Not my business.
