"Moonlight" just won best picture at the 2017 Oscars after "La La Land" was mistakenly announced as the winner.
The presenters read "La La Land" right after Emma Stone won best actress for her role in the modern-day musical.
"I wasn't trying to be funny," presenter Warren Beatty later added after the real winner was revealed.
After the cast took the stage, a producer for "La La Land" corrected things and said, "[Actually] 'Moonlight' is the winner ... this is not a joke."

you are correct - the site SBYNews copied and pasted DID post "the news" at 12:14 AM - BUT I had no reason to check "MORE" (until you called me out) since I am up at 5 AM and "that news" was on FOX, WBOC and WDMT.

What really happened was they read the first envelop given to them, and yes, LA LA Land did win, but that envelope was supposed to be destroyed, because of the cry babies sayin the Awards were "Racist", so this time they were changing them to make the Blacks feel better.
