I was leaving the Cactus Club quite a few years ago and as I was leaving I heard a woman yelling for help down the street. There were quite a few guys gathered in that area and I got in my car and drove down to see what was going on. As I pulled up to the area where the commotion was and started to get out of my car I could see a woman up against the car and several guys behind her. Couldn't see what they were doing as they were on the far side of the car from me. As I was getting out of my vehicle 2 guys approached in a hostile manner and one shoved his SPD badge in my face and told me this was Police business to get in my car, leave and forget I saw anything. I did as they said cause I was clearly outnumbered... there was at least 6 guys there. Judging from what I saw that night I assume the guys were not helping this woman but quite the opposite.. they were harming her under the protection of a badge. Doesn't surprise me that the crooked cops in Salisbury are covering things up. Hell they're probably the ones committing the crimes that are being covered up.

Lewis is safe; there are enough voters in Wicomico to cause him some problems, but not enough. The MSP is safe, too...they're untouchable under any circumstances.

They have a multitude of excuses why their not pursuing and/or listing rape cases [inaccuracies is one way to hide reports}, this also is Lewis's excuse for not being aware of any rapes/hijacking cases. Where 1 is hidden, there a likely more...15? needs to be some serious indictments.

To those of you questioning all of the dead animals at the Salisbuy Zoo, we have the necropsy (autopsy for animals) reports to prove it. In fact, I brought them directly to former Mayor Barrie Tilghman, (the first time I ever met her in person) and showed her all the reports of these dead animals. Mind you, these were just the animals that were necropsied. Thousands of animals over the years were simply thrown in the back of the dump truck and brought to the landfill.
There are some things some of you can challenge me on but this isn't one of them, since my Wife worked at the Zoo for 18 years and was in charge of these reports. When Barrie Tilghman saw them she cried. Her favorites were the Prairie Dogs and every time the Zoo flooded, all of them drowned/died.
