* AREAS AFFECTED: LOWER MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA EASTERN SHORE.
* HAZARDS: STRONG WIND GUSTS.
* WINDS: NORTHWEST 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO 50 MPH.
* TIMING: THROUGH MID AFTERNOON TODAY. HIGHEST WIND GUSTS EXPECTED
THIS MORNING.
* IMPACTS: STRONG WINDS MAY BLOW DOWN LIMBS...TREES...AND POWER
LINES. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES WILL BE POSSIBLE.
