Yeah, but I just use the full roll and put it back where I found it. Someone eventually gets the message.

I have a whole list of things like that! Maybe the concept of a spring loaded toilet paper holder is beyond them.
Wait.. this doesn't show the 27 bottles of exotic hair conditioners that are all nearly full after being used once or twice..
There is a good reason why they have a VERY large section of high-priced hair conditioners and shampoos at the stores..

I always put the roll on the holder to make sure it is not put on BACKWARDS....
That's what happens when you complain about which way someone puts the toilet paper on the roller.....
Who still uses a toilet paper holder? A $10 table next to the toilet does the trick to set 2 or 3 rolls on.

Personally, I'd rather not have to HANDLE the roll of toilet paper after someone else has handled it when they wiped their ass. That's just nasty hygiene when you make everyone handle a roll of TP instead of just the sheets they use.
