No attempted murder???? WTF? Assault? Was he shooting with an "assault" weapon, or just a harmless 9mm pistol with hollow points?

He needs a neck tattoo before the next mugshot to replace the hickey his cousin gave him.

I would have called 911 and told them to retrieve the body from my yard. No way would I have "retreated." I have guns stored, and I have personal defense weapons HIDDEN where they can be retrieved quickly. Like a gun shop, if someone breaks into my home, it will be assumed that they have found my stored guns and are armed. If they are shooting at me, I will be shooting back...and with my training, I won't be likely to miss.
