12:53, volunteers you say? Don't you know the city is trying to get rid of volunteers and if there are any left, they sure are not going to let them get in any of the pictures. Salisbury is so rich all they want is paid firemen, not volunteers. Just take a look at the crap they photograph though.

Don't know how Conway even gets benefits from / still labeled as a volunteer fireman. He never could do anything or pass in-service. All he could do was roll around because he sure never passed a legit physical requirements for a Vollie. He was / is a joke. They just keep him on forging the paperwork so they could get state volunteer money. That is why SFD keeps bare minimum vollies and give them minimum calls to get the vollie money.
