This happened near a PRMC parking lot. Please be safe when walking to and from your vehicles!
This was me that it happened to. Chief Duncan handled it perfectly. They came to talk to me the next morning. She sat on the phone with me each night for a few nights after it. They brought me food.
And no, it wasn't broad daylight. It was dark out.
