They were charged federally so it wouldn't be on MD case search.
It is being prosecuted as a federal case so they will not be post on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search.
That woold be because it is a federal indictment.
They are not on Maryland Case Search because it was a FEDERAL investigation.
Because they are charged federal criminal charges not state. So it wont appear
They are trying to get them to snitch out the Administrators / Supervisors or they are trying to figure out how to limit the damage and not get rid of these Administrators / Supervisors. They are realizing the depth of this corruption and has no one to replace the high up positions since the good ones left because of this corruption and they are stuck with lack of leadership. I know been there and done that. That is why I retired when I did. The DOC is corruption at its best outside of the Clinton Mafia.

She was removed twice after that and yet returned again
