Arlington National Cemetery to increase security

ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) - Arlington National Cemetery will increase its security measures, including requiring a government-issued photo ID for people arriving in cars and screening pedestrian visitors.

Cemetery spokeswoman Jennifer Lynch said in an email Monday that the measures will be phased in starting in November.

Visitors will also have their bags searched before entering the cemetery. The screenings will be very similar to what is already done at D.C. museums.

But showing ID to vote is wrong, wrong, wrong not to mention racist.

But voting without any ID is still okay, right?

I don't get it.

Muslims and BLM are probably threatning the sites.

This is about ONE thing (safety at a graveyard?? right).

CONDITIONING Americans that they must submit, comply and cooperate. Conditioning them to accept being searched, invaded, and watched.
Conditioning them to believe that the government can do anything and ignore any rights in order to "protect" us.
Get in line, shuffle along, comply. Don't make any fast moves or say anything that could, in any way, be called confrontational. Big mistake.
Feel safer? Feel FREE?

Keep cheering.

What is your Issue? In other countrys the muslims are kicking over headstones dont you want protection from thugs doing this or should we just wait then you can complain ? Typical liberal.

Just shoot anybody who kicks over headstones, 806! Put up a sign stating so. That way only the perps are hassled.

8:06 you have definitely consumed waaay too much Kool-Aid.
They have conditioned you to believe everything they say, huh?
We must search and inspect every American because someone MIGHT' MAYBE, POSSIBLY kick over a headstone?

No one --- no one --- does anything in Arlington Cemetery that is not observed by someone in authority.
Yet YOU think we need to be SEARCHED before we enter a graveyard?
Damn. Stop cheering being afraid all the time.
Leave that to the police.
