Derrick James Wynn
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 2 June 2016
Location: 700 block of Olivia Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Derrick James Wynn, 43, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 2 June 2016 a deputy arrested Derrick Wynn in connection with an assault that reportedly occurred at a residence in the 700 block of Olivia Street. In this incident it is alleged that Wynn woke up a female subject he resided with and an argument ensued. The argument reportedly became physical when Wynn assaulted the female subject. According to the victim, Wynn also ripped her pants as he tried to remove them. The deputy observed signs of a struggle including the ripped pants during the investigation.
Following his arrest, Wynn was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Wynn in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property


William Kenneth Lennon
Incident: Fugitive From West Virginia
Date of Incident: 2 June 2016
Location: Salisbury, MD
Suspect: William Kenneth Lennon 3rd, Mathews, VA
Narrative: On 2 June 2016 a deputy arrested William Kenneth Lennon as a fugitive from the State of West Virginia. Authorities in that state wanted Lennon in connection with a larceny case.
Following his arrest, Lennon was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lennon in the Detention Center without bond pending extradition back to West Virginia.

King, Ty'Quan Jamal
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 2 June 2016
Location: Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Ty’Quan Jamal King, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 2 June 2016 a deputy arrested Ty’Quan King following an allegation that he assaulted a female subject by hitting her in the face. King was identified by the victim as the assailant in this case.
Following his arrest King was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained King in the Detention Center in lieu of $5,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree



Brown, Paul Andrew
Incident: Warrant
Date of Incident: 3 June 2016
Location: 200 block of Canal Park Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Paul Andrew Brown, 50, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 3 June 2016 a deputy arrested Paul Andrew Brown at a residence in the 200 block of Canal Park Drive. The warrant was issued after Brown failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a DUI case.
Following his arrest Brown was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Brown on Personal Recognizance.

Lee, Amber Marie
Incident: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Date of Incident: 4 June 2016
Location: 3000 block of Phillips Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Amber Marie Lee, 25, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 4 June 2016 at 2:30 AM a deputy responded to the report of a possible driver in distress in the 3000 block of Phillips Road. Upon arrival, the deputy observed a Volkswagen Passat stuck on top of a log adjacent to a driveway. The deputy observed that the operator, Amber Lee, appeared to be asleep as she was lying across the center console. The deputy also observed a small child asleep in the rear seat. The deputy woke Lee up and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Lee. Due to the odor and other observed indicators, the deputy suspected impairment and began sobriety testing. Following her poor performance on the sobriety tests, the deputy placed Lee under arrest.
The deputy further discovered that the five year old child in the back seat was neither in a car seat or seat belted in.
During subsequent processing, Lee refused to submit to a breath test.
The deputy transported Lee to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lee in the Detention Center in lieu of $5,000.00 bond.
