“What Hillary Clinton has done, I can tell you, it is… punishable by jail time. I think ultimately she’s going be indicted. She has to be. This cannot stand,” Boykin said on Breitbart News Saturday with host Matthew Boyle.
Breitbart News reported that Clinton exchanged numerous names marked by the federal government with “B3 CIA PERS/ORG” redactions, which protect intelligence sources and methods in accordance with the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949. Clinton’s sharing of those names on her non-secure private server could result in the FBI recommending indictment against Clinton for violating the Espionage Act.
“There are two very important principles associated with national security and the intelligence community,” Boykin said. “One is the protection of sources and methods. And the other one is called ‘the need to know.’ "

What her (silent) tech guy did was install 2 network interfaces. On one side, the server identified as an authorized State Dept server and on the other side a generic identity like found on Comcast. The server compromised all State data that was directed to Hillary. It was utter stupidity and it is frightful that some want her to be in the Whitehouse.
This is surely a test case for the validity of our current government. If she is not indicted it's shows "we the people" the government is not valid. The forefathers of our country gave us instructions for this day. The tree of liberty is thirsty.
