Representatives of Playboy Enterprises and Daren Metropoulos confirmed Monday that Metropoulos' bid to buy Hefner's Los Angeles man cave is in escrow.
Both sides declined to reveal the price until escrow closes. The home was originally listed for $200 million.

He's lucky he found someone stupid enough to buy it. Playboy is done, every guy I talk to has dumped his subscription, since they went clean.
I have a feeling that the guy next door would purchase the property at any price just to clean up the neighborhood. Besides, if you own Twinkies, you can afford it.
