They can come into your house with a warrant, so you mind as well let them track your phone with no warrant, they do that nationally anyway...

Anyone that's dumb enough to have an actual phone that traceable or dumb enough to not realize they can track your whereabouts off your phones cell tower location needs to be caught. If your going to dirt be a little smarter
Although this does seem like a major violation of my rights I solve this problem by...not being a criminal. There's a thing called encryption built into your phones, I suggest you use it. It's what made the San Bernardino shooter's phone so hard to get into.
Why do we have a constitution? Are we even a legitimate country if we don't follow our own laws? Why have courts at all? Just let the cops be judge, jury, and executioner. They already kill citizens with impunity and no fear of consequences. This country is on a path to failure and ruin. I just hope to live long enough to witness the revolution where we as citizens rise up and remove all the corruption and scum from the govt. I know its just a dream but at this point its all we can do. And for those who dont think it's possible look up what Iceland did in the last 6 years. They jailed bankers, politicians, told the IMF to suck it, rewrote their constitution, and are doing extremely well now. It can be done people. You just have to be determined. But with all the lazy worthless liberals in this country that won't be satisfied until we are the next Argentina or Chile, it will probably never happen. Keep cheering dems. Your utopia is not far away. The question is will you be satisfied then or keep taking us back to the stone age?
