ATV rider stunts pose summer danger on crowded streets
WASHINGTON — A new Instagram video of an ATV rider, performing dangerous stunts on Pennsylvania Avenue in District Heights, Maryland, and seemingly taunting a nearby police officer, serves as a vivid reminder of an ongoing danger for local drivers.
Posted over the weekend, the video shows a male rider on the four-wheel vehicle popping wheelies, cutting off a Prince George’s County police cruiser and zooming into Pennsylvania Avenue traffic near Parkland Drive.
Urged on by the person recording the video, the rider takes his hands off the handlebars several times.
“We did not pursue in this case as the crimes committed do not warrant pursuit according to our departmental policy,” said police spokesman Officer Tyler Hunter. The department’s “no chase” policy in regards to ATVs and dirt bikes is consistent with most departments in the region.

If there is a "no chase" policy then the police do not truly feel that these law breakers are not endangering anyone. No helmet, no tags or registration, no insurance, etc. In the case the police are made to look like idiots because of some liberal Democrat policy. This proves that black lives don't matter because they are not held accountable for safety issues.
No, what is funny here is how you think all these laws makes you safer... How does having insurance or tag or registration keep you from dying??? If it can't then you are not safe, and therefore can't ever be safe...
This fool has been identified and now he faces several charges.
Tag means they can track your vehicle. Would you rather be hit by someone who was insured and tagged or not?
"No chase" is fear of law suits.
Obama sanders liberal
...don't worry, he keeps riding on streets over there he'll only end up one of two ways. In the hospital or in the morgue. And they'll be crying about another "angel".
Not only that, but the 4-wheeler was stolen...
These atvs are used in that area for robberies and other crimes , no chase no problem.
The only problem is that whoever runs over the stupid SOB when he falls off of there had better have plenty of witnesses or they will be in the wrong for running over poor little Lionel.
