MEXICAN DRUNK DRIVER HAS BEEN DEPORTED AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TX (CBS 4 News) – Officers arrested a 29-year-old Mexican man on Sunday — just four days after the federal government deported him.

Josue Manuel Saldana-Torres attempted to climb a fence at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge on Sunday, according to the federal criminal complaint against him.

“The defendant admitted to not being in possession of any legal documentation that would allow him to enter, live or work in the United States,” according to the criminal complaint. “Database queries revealed the defendant was last deported/removed to Mexico on 06/01/2016 through Laredo, Mexico.”

Um, how is fence climbing considered drunk driving?

When they deport him one more time, he needs to be taken to the middle of the deepest ocean, given a life vest and then see how long it takes him to get back into the U.S.
