This is too bad. He's only withholding info from local taxpayers and voters, you know, the public which he's supposed to be serving.

I have noticed that on the 24th around Hebron they issued a lot of warnings. Why in the hell don't they charge people for speeding anymore? Is it election time for Lewis?
Yesterday I seen 8 different traffic stops through town and it's not the first of the month.
This is really bad. I'm sure the parents of the kids from Salisbury U don't have a clue about the safety issues in the area.
