Pair pleads guilty to defrauding federal agencies by $4.3 million
Two Florida residents have pleaded guilty in a conspiracy to defraud more than 10 federal agencies. According to court documents, the pair received payments from government contractors for issuing fraudulent bonds from 2008 to 2013. The federal agencies affected, including the Army and Department of Energy, reimbursed contractors more than $4.3 million for the fraudulent bonds.

It's sounding more and more like defrauding the gov't is an easy thing to do, and those caught at it represent only a small percentage of the thieves.
7:03,right on to that.Illegals defrauding the IRS to the tune of 7 billion dollars sounds like there letting them do it purposely.
