A government-run school district in the socially conservative Upstate region of South Carolina could find itself on the receiving end of a lawsuit after it allegedly forced a teacher to resign over a racy photo obtained by a student.
Wait … shouldn’t school teachers lose their jobs if they send explicit pictures to students?
Sure … but that’s not what happened here. In this case, no nude image was ever sent by the teacher – a student obtained and disseminated a copy of the explicit photograph without consent.

The fact of the matter is, she brought it into school with her. No different than bringing in a nude picture to work. A bad decision on the teachers part.
343 you bring a nude picture to work your intent is to show. She had a private picture in her private phone secured in a private desk. Zero intent. The criminal broke into the desk, phone personal account and sent the pictures knowing it would cause harm... Stop it... Yes using Internet short hand.
The person who stole the picture should be charged.

I'm pretty sure she made those nude pics to show the thug in school. How convenient that Valentines Day was right around the corner. How many people actually give nude pics from a phone to their significant other for Valentines Day? I've never heard of it and I am as kinky as them come for the past 50 years. She got caught, end of story!
