The Justice Department is granting immunity to the former State Department staffer who worked on Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email server, The Washington Post reported Wednesday night.
The move is a sign that the FBI investigation into possible criminal wrongdoing is progressing, the Post reported.
A senior U.S. law enforcement official told the Post that the FBI had secured the cooperation of Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009.
The next step is a likely interview of Clinton herself as the FBI looks to wrap up its investigation in the coming months. Her senior aides also will be sought for interviews.

There would be no arrest now. The person was granted immunity which means he/she will not be prosecuted.
One step close to nothing happening. She violated her own policy and procedures having the server set up the way she did. Playing somatics " wasn't marked classified or was no longer classified ". And they never sent back up during the take over. Didn't launch jets in the air! We Americans always send back up even if it won't get there in time. She did not.

What "immunity" means is there is a CRIMINAL investigation.
And it's usually given to small fry in order to catch the big fish.
And Hillary STILL runs for president. Anyone else would already be in PRISON.
Americans DIED and so did who-knows-how many assets (spies, contacts, informers) were killed by foreign governments from the info she disclosed on her very public server.
She LAUGHS and makes jokes about her predicament.
I've never seen anyone who thought it was funny to be criminally investigated by the FBI.
She could be found with a bag of money and a gun outside of a just-robbed bank and her supporters would scream her name in ecstasy.

Immunity means that Hillary wont be looking for some way to silence this guy. He held out so he wouldn't invoke her wrath. Now he can say nothing easily.
Supposedly, Clinton and her camp have been trying to get this guy to open up and answer questions but he's continually pleaded the fifth. That known, this could go anywhere from here.

The police are necessary. I rail against the ones who still think they are dealing with muslim insurgents in Iraq, kicking down doors and screaming at anyone who doesn't instantly jump to their barked commands. Shooting anything that moves quickly. The overly aggressive ones who LOOK for a reason to body slam old ladies face first into concrete. The ones who roll up on kids and because they don't know the difference between a AR-15 and a air-soft gun, empty their 9mm's into a 12 year old kid because they are "afraid".
