A billion $$$ in revenue from gambling. Maryland should have the best schools in the country with all new textbooks, decent facilities and modern equipment. And every student gets two years community college or trade school paid for. Wasn't the money supposed to go to education? /sarcasm

It was earmarked exclusively for education. Then they screwed the pooch and put it wherever they pleased.
