License plate reader helped trooper catch WDBJ shooting suspect

VIRGINIA (WUSA9) -- A license plate reader used by Virginia State Police helped a trooper spot the car that the WDBJ shooting suspect was driving.

VSP Trooper Pam Neff said she input the suspect's license plate into her license plate reader, which told her that the car had just passed her location on Interstate 66 three minutes before.

The reader is located on the back of the VSP patrol car. It stores a day's worth of information and then clears at the end of the day.

Because the cop was driving around like he gave no crap. He had a description. It was parked on side of the highway. If he was doing his job he wouldn't need it. This is just away to get the sheeple to baaaaa down to tag readers.

The readers can be defeated with a Sharpie pen.

Something ia fishy with the trooper stating it took 3 min for it to say it passed her? These readers hit Instantly sounds like she was scared.

BS. They always want to sell you on why they should invade other peoples freedoms, when really it effects us all. Read the definition of terrorism and it fits to a T the way this government works to undermine freedoms through fear.

how did they know what the license plate of the RENTED car was, so quickly, and how did they know he was even in a rented car?

OMG. The BS gets deeper and deeper by the minute.

4:05 - If he rented a car with a credit card, they could get the license plate really easily.

Or maybe they tracked his cell phone with a Stingray, and had to concoct the license plate story to cover up the use?

Watched. Photographed. Monitored. Recorded. Searched. Scanned.
Keep cheering, you wanna-be (and closet) Nazi's.
Jefferson would have cut your throat in the public square.
Even China doesn't do the things our "leaders" do to U.S citizens.
For our "safety".
LOL.
Keep cheering.
