Baltimore County Police have charged a Westminster man after they found he had taken photographs and videos under women's skirts and dresses on multiple occasions at a York Road Safeway.
On June 1 at 4:22 p.m. Baltimore County Police responded to a Safeway store in the 1000 block of York Road 21204 and met with the store manager. The store manager told police that over the past few weeks, a male had been coming into the store, following female customers, and taking pictures up their dresses or skirts.
Police found that that same afternoon a man had entered the store carrying a cell phone in his hand. He was seen walking past a woman, holding his cell phone between her legs and walking away and got into an orange Jeep Wrangler.

Not saying its right.
Its most definitely wrong but, Mass Supreme Court just upheld that taking up skirt photos is not against the law. Given our states equal if not further reaching leftist attitudes I would not be surprised if a similar appeal is made here, and wins.
Now if we all had permits to carry phones this wouldn't happen
his pre-phone carry investigation would have known he was a pervert.
What a Freaking Pervert!!
First Gay Marriage, then this and next we will see equal rights for pedophiles and NAMBLA North American Man/Boy Love Association.
The person running for mayor is a member of that organization.
Between Cosby and this guy women will seriously feel empowered. That thang has never gotten this much attention before.
