A police report shows they found: “A clear plastic capsule containing white powder, suspected heroin and an empty plastic capsule containing white powder residue, suspected heroin.”

Maybe they should check the Baltimore prosecutor also, she has to be on crack with the Mayor. When will you all be able to actually run something with out running it in the ground? Name one city not full of crime you have taken over?

Well I can assure you the white powder was not insulin. Give me a break. The kid even admitted it was his. Higher ups including NAACP leaders think they are above the law.
The son of the Wicomico NAACP had drugs and a gun and is doing a long jail sentence. His child, Ashanti's grandchild used her sons gun to shoot himself. A 6 year old child. There is no outrage or conflicts of interest. Drug dealing, infanticide, murder, it's all ok in the eyes of the NAACP.
Never heard of insulin in a capsule. But I'm sure the test results will clear up this little misunderstanding.
