Police Department has long history of violent abuse
Michael Slager, the North Charleston cop who faces murder charges for shooting a fleeing man in the back, has a history of abusing his badge, as a newly discovered video of an incident from last year highlights.
The video shows Slager tasering Julius Garnett Wilson in August after he was pulled over and ordered to get out of his car for being in a “high crime area”.

So, one complaint in his entire service as a police officer, one complaint that was eventually found to be, unfounded...is a history of "abusing his badge"?
Yeah, sounds legit. btw, keep using Scott's decades old Coast Guard picture, better than the mug shots from his 10 arrests.
No crime committed here, or stated by the officer. You will be routed out of your vehicle for no reason and tased if you resist.
No problem with that, 549?
What an asshat.
Just flush your copy of the Constitution down the toilet, you will never need it.
Your everyone deserves it attitude officer 5:49 is disgusting. Ain't no fun when the rabbit got the gun. I pray for you jerks to get yours. No good cops are left. You all justify the others criminal actions or just keep silent. Your all guilty as any criminal you arrest.
704-You need remedial classes, I can't understand your tenuous grip of the English language.

And what were those 10 arrests for dipwad?
An arrest means nothing. Kops are very deserving of being arrested but it hardly ever occurs. You try to make it sound that anyone who gets arrested is a bad person. That's part of your( and others) problem.
he should have shot the guy then , plant the gun , problem solved

Thank you!!
All I see here is an Obama voter being non compliant during a traffic stop and fighting and resisting arrest. You play with fire and you get burnt!

These cops put their lives on the line every day especially during traffic stops and this poster thinks they are wrong? He was an Obama voter resisting arrest and he thought he could take on the cops and he lost. As he should have.
Hard to justify shooting a man in the back running away. To bad it was caught on tape, makes it a lot harder to cover it up.
Cops arrest people all the time. And it stays on the record of justification . what do sent show is how many convictions stemmed from those arrests. I know guys here that have been arrested 10+ times. And zero convictions. And this record of arrests is what cops go by with every encounter of a civilian. Its bull shit.
Oh yeah they sure do! So dangerous. Maybe in a city. Our Leos have it made. And they're cowards. Dennis Taylor's to scared to go into a corn field without a dog. Sounds like they put themselves in danger all right. When's the last time a deputy was shot at here? Funk was in Cambridge. The boy killed months ago " had a gun" no shots fired? Its been a long time since a cop was shot at or killed here.
