I suppose what you are saying is that as long as the innocent person doesn't get murdered by the State, then its all good????
Remember --- HUNDREDS of people have been released because DNA proved the State lied, submitted false evidence, committed perjury, and whatever else it took to "get a conviction".
Remember, but for the Grace of God, it could be YOU. Or your son.
ONE hair (!!), FALSELY identified, put a 17 year old kid in PRISON FOR 30 YEARS!
