Have Police go down to UMES and start handing out various JOB APPLICATIONS!!!! That will disperse that group quickly and in a hurry...if they had a job they wouldn't have time to wonder around in the streets!
Funny how they utter not a word much less a protest demanding justice or answers for the unsolved murder of Edmond St Clair right at UMES. CLEAN YOUR OWN HOUSE AT UMES YOU SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS BEFORE INSERTING YOUR PUTRID HEADS UP THE STINKING RECTUM OF SOMETHING YOU CAN CRY RACISM OVER.
That makes not a bit of sense 2:36. A black has a much much much greater chance of being killed or seriously injured by another black. The percentage of blacks killed and/or injured by cops is very low.
These comments are wild! It is shocking to hear so much hate and misunderstanding... The first will be last md the last will be first... Karma is real!
As an alumni of Umes, law enforceforcement officer, and a state employee I disagree with most of these comments. The majority of which were rude, unnecessary, and yes even a bit prejudice. College is the time when most young adults begin to form serious opinions on issues that matter to them. I see nothing wrong with a group of students having a peaceful protest. No one was injured and nothing was destroyed. Yes it was inconvenient but most protests are. They certainly did it much better than Baltimore. On a side note, I find it quite funny that all these very opinionated comments were posted anonymously. If you believe something you should stand behind it and take the consequences as they come. If a group of college kids were willing to do so shouldn't the adults be able to?

Along with misunderstandings, most of it comes from fear and ignorance.

That's kind of disturbing because son is a student there. Hope this isn't true!
Maybe they should study or go to work. Be a productive student not a destructive student.

2:24 PM - That's why they're protesting - to ensure that they DO have a life.

More whites are killed by cops than blacks. And the overall number of police involved shootings has dropped significantly over the past years.
They have a much higher chance of being murdered by a fellow rioter than by the police trying to contain them.
But they don't care.
