Rogers is a black male, 16 years of age, 6'00” tall, 175 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He may be riding a blue/green/yellow colored bicycle possibly in the areas of Rodney Village or Lakeland MHP. (Photo attached)
Troopers have been unable to make contact with Rogers to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
If anyone has any information in reference to his whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454 or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.
