Joe I beg you!!!! Please quit posting SPD releases until one is worth showing. They only infuriate people with their bragging of their laziness!
SPD doesn't have a whole to do, because in most cases store security has the evidence they need for there to be an arrest. It's more like the store security turns them over and SPD just has to document the paper work. No investigations, they just mop the mess up.

I doubt that is what they meant. The only press releases we seem to get from SPD is about shop lifting. How about the armed robbery the other night? They posted on facebook that it happened but that is the last you heard about it. Today we hear about people stealing from cars. I doubt that is the last we will hear about that as well.
