A Letter To The Editor: First Alert

I have been following this thread on Wicomico First Alert about a vehicle accident today (Saturday), Rum Ridge Rd.

They have two threads on this incident. The first one simply announces it, and someone asks;
"Does anyone who what color vehicle cause know alot of people in that area"

And their reply was;
"We don't post or allow people to post vehicle descriptions. Sorry."

Then, in the second thread they start on the same accident, they post pictures of the silver pick up truck crashed into the tree.

So someone replies in the first thread:
"What is the difference between posting a description and posting pictures?"

They delete her question.

So she asks again and then someone else also asks.
So they delete their own comment and all replies.

These were the people, who posted pictures of the crash on Sixty Ft Rd where the people died. How is that not giving a description of the vehicle? Then they posted a video of the fire department? trying to cut the victims out of the vehicle. Had the family even been notified yet before their parents vehicle was plastered all over the internet?

They make up these lame rules, chastise anyone who questions them and threatens to block them and then 2 minutes later they are posting pictures of vehicles that they claim they do not give descriptions of.

PS
And if they happen to cry foul... I do have one screen shot of the second time the person asked a question, that they deleted off their page.

Publishers Notes: Any time you put the flamboyant Ryan Stevenson in the mix of things you are certain to get a LOT of drama and mistakes.

As we had predicted early on, First Alert will be a short lived Website. They have already been exposed to numerous mistakes and quite frankly, any time you try to gather up a group of volunteers to do anything, it's bound to fail because most of them won't put in their fair share of time and effort.

That being said, they have all started to scatter and even created a new website that will compete with each other. Heck, one of them allegedly started scamming their viewers with a possible, (I've got cancer, Go Fund Me) SCAM. Now they are claiming the person they helped raise money for may have scammed them, AND YOU.
Anyhow, I've got better things to do then to sit here and talk about these VERY unstable people. Firefighters wanting to be cops, need I say more...

Does Ryan even work? Is he another JT that sits at home while we pay for him to collect Welfare? Just what we need! Another bottom feeder collecting benefits.

Why is he even allowed on scene with the fire departments? He is not a member. They kicked him out for stealing. Are the fire departments breaking the rules by allowing him so close to the scene without him being a member?
