Where was Dockside Murphy's and what's there now?
On Truitt & Rt 50, now la Tolteca, before Dockside Murphy's it was Buddy Boy Chicken.
Corner of Truit and 50. Mexican restaurant there now.

I remember my parents going to Johnny's and Sammy's to dance to Earl and Maude's music. That was probably in the 60's and 70's.
2.12 You have a good memory .I remember the buddy boy commerical on wboc.Bud Esham the real estate agents father otis owned it i think.
The Alpine Room was a regular stop for my parents.
Anyone else remember when Dal Truitt was mayor and his hangout was the nightclub at Johnny & Sammies. Those were the days when the 'Bury was on top of the world on the Eastern Shore. We had the big indoor tennis tourney, lots of good jobs (Wayne Pump, etc.) and things were good.
What a difference now under Ireton and Day, its a disaster zone and getting worse fast.
6:21PM I remember it well, a different time, things were good, people were good, and friendly. I enjoyed it so very much.
