Yes, I do support life, and per this recent case in Colorado, there should be no equivocating on that issue.
As reported by the Daily Caller, “A Colorado woman who allegedly cut a baby out of a woman’s womb who was seven months pregnant will not face murder charges because prosecutors can’t prove the baby survived once she was removed. If prosecutors can’t prove the baby, Aurora, “lived as a child outside the body of the mother for some period of time,” they can’t press murder charges in Colorado, Boulder County District Attorney Stanley Garnett told reporters.
Pro-abortion Democrats in Colorado have repeatedly blocked measures to change the law in favor of unborn babies, because of concerns pro-life Republicans would use such laws to restrict abortions in the state. The child’s mother, Michelle Wilkins, 26, went to the alleged killer’s home the afternoon of March 18 to pick up baby clothes in response to a Craigslist ad. The seller, Dynel Lane, who Wilkins knew as “D,” stabbed Wilkins, cut her abdomen open and removed the baby. Wilkins managed to call 9-11 and is in stable, but critical condition. The baby did not survive. Lane’s husband told police he left work early that day to take his wife to a prenatal appointment. When he got home he headed downstairs and his wife came around the corner, covered in blood. She told him she had miscarried and that the baby was upstairs in the bathtub.”

A 7 month fetus, left alone to gestate for another couple months, becomes a (hopefully) normal, full term newborn. Even at 7 months, some have even survived without severe handicaps.
Dynel Lane attacked the woman with the expectation that the fetus was viable at the time it was removed, and at 7 months, it isn't impossible. So I find it incomprehensible that the actual state of the fetus is an issue, especially since she was the reason for the demise.
Not murder, because the pregnant woman wasn't pregnant with a baby, she was only pregnant with a 'fetus'.

over 35 years ago I was a 7 month baby. I obviously lived and have no serious lasting repricussions. This was murder plain and simple. This monster needs to be ended.
I have a 6 month born granddaughter to this day (she is 21 now). That was a living baby in that women's body. For god sake that baby was murdered. SHE SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH MURDER). What has this world come to? The prosecuter should be charged to for being stupid.
Pro-choice liberal here -- This is disgusting. Hope this woman rots in jail forever. It's one thing to call a clump of cells in the first trimester a person, but a 7-month fetus is clearly a human life. Charge her with murder.
