We got this in a bag that said city of Salisbury on it. I didn't think we had gangs in Salisbury. If we don't have them, then what do we need to know?

I'm constantly amazed when I see evidence like this how someone like Jim Ireton could actually get elected but it is what it is.
Never in my lifetime did I ever think a Mayor, a Police Chief, a Council or even a Chamber of Commerce could allow such information disseminated to the public in such a way.
Then again, I guess I personally have to be grateful that this kind of stuff is put out there so we actually have something to write about several times a day.
To ALL of the people out there who say it is ME that is bringing down Salisbury, HELLLOOOOOO! Shame on Joe Albero for showing the public the TRUTH.

Wait s minute. I thought that everybody knew that Salisbury had gangs. Is this news to someone? Do we have to have periodic reminders?

1:00, I have been exposing crime and gangs for almost 9 years now. Mayor Barrie Tilghman and Police Chief Webster flat out told the Daily Times, WBOC and WMDT that I was a LIAR. They said that crime was nowhere near as bad as we stated and that there are "NO GANGS" in Salisbury. They lied and we proved it day after day for the past NINE years.
The idea that a flyer like the one posted in this article is being sent out PROVES that things have only become WORSE and NOT better.
Your leadership has failed you but guess what, no one cares. They love the Gangs and crime because they/you keep voting for these losers.
Again, it's fine with me because I always have something to write about with proof like this flyer.

And to bad arrests our keystone kops make so they get tossed out by the courts. And then sued, costing taxpayers money.
But like Joe said, the people here like it the way it is. If they didn't they would do something about it.
Had training on the topic in '08 or '09. Tough to root out once started.

While I am remaining anonymous, I sent this to Joe. Partly because I thought it was funny that the Major and Police Chief deny there are gangs but then send this stuff out. Also, I lived in a nice neighborhood a few years ago. Not upscale, just decent. Due to financial hard times, we now live in an area that is not so nice. In the 15 years or so I've lived in Salisbury, I never received this stuff until I moved to this neighborhood. Is this new? Or have they been doing this for years? If they've been doing it for years then, the Mayor and Chief are racist because this is a predominantly black neighborhood. while I believe we should be knowledgeable about gangs, I wonder if they pick and choose where the propoganda goes. I am the only white person in this neighborhood. I like to generally find the good in people. While I am cautious, so far, I haven't been bothered. And I don't bother anyone. I am not fooled we have gangs in Salisbury. But I was a bit surprised to find this at my door after all these years of local government denial. Is Jim finally starting to wake up?
