Patient In Maryland Being Tested For Ebola

A patient is in isolation in Maryland being monitored for possible signs of Ebola.

The University of Maryland Medical Center confirms the patient has been transferred from another hospital and is being tested for Ebola.

The hospital emailed WBAL Radio the following statement:
UMMC has accepted a transfer at the direction of DHMH (Public Health) of a potential Ebola patient for further assessment. They are appropriately isolated and receiving further assessment and care.
