From reunions, to fun activities for parents and students, to a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate a new $19 million Sea Gull Stadium, Salisbury University’s 2014 Homecoming and Family Weekend is packed with excitement.
Events begin Thursday, October 16, with the annual faculty emeriti and retired staff luncheon from noon-2 p.m. in the Wicomico Room of the Guerrieri University Center. (Admission to the luncheon is by invitation only.)
Activities continue Friday, October 17, with the Maroon & Gold Club’s annual golf tournament, co-sponsored by Chick-fil-A, at 10 a.m. at Nutters Crossing Golf Course. Entry fee is $65 per player, $240 per team. Pre-registration is required.

Hope it's not like UMES Homecoming, drugs, partying into the morning hours disturbing local residents, crime and large crowds stealing from stores.
