Sheriff's Office pays tribute to Sgt. Charles Strong

On 9/23/14 Marine Corps Sgt. Charles Strong who was killed in action while serving in Herat Province, Afghanistan was escorted from Dover Air Force Base by law enforcement and military officials to his final destination in Stafford Virginia. The procession passed through Caroline County, Maryland where members of Caroline County public safety paid tribute to the fallen hero. Learn more about Sgt.
