SUSPECT: Khalil Mohammed Muslimani
NARRATIVE: The Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack has arrested Khalil Mohammed Muslimani in connection with a 2nd degree rape investigation that occurred in Princess Anne, Maryland from 1981 through 1986. Preliminary investigation revealed that Mr. Muslimani had a sexual relationship with his step-daughter while living in Somerset County during the 1980’s. The victim was approximately 7 years old when the relationship started in 1981. Mr. Muslimani was held on a $200,000 bond by a Somerset County District Court Commissioner.

Did You know that the Judge decided that since the case was 30 years old the bond of $200,000 was to high and reduced it to $50,000. He made bail and by the following Friday was free again.
The Judge in Princess Anne decided that since the case was 30 years old the bond of $200,000 was to high so she reduced it to $50.000 and he got out on $5,000 and was allowed to return to his home in Onancock VA. Where he owns and opperates a business listed as Ramsis Corp in Onancock. I wonder if people knew it was him coming and working in their homes.
