Married couple convicted of health care fraud

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) -- The owner of a health care business and his wife have been convicted of health care fraud.

A federal jury convicted W. Wayne Perry and Angela Perry in Norfolk on Tuesday.

According to court records, Wayne Perry was the owner and operator of the Norfolk-based Community Personal Care, which provided home health care services that were reimbursable by Medicaid.
