Depending on your train of thought, if you believe that the government wants to keep oppressing us water would be the best way to do it. Lots of cases where the government stands by and lets water become tainted. How will you deal with no clean water?
241, Reverse Osmosis. Buy one and a few filters. You can drink toilet water with one of these. Ocean water, river water, all can be filtered with this.
The cost? Less than the value of your life.
